1. Cancellation Charges
Charges are based on how far in advance you cancel before your slot start time:
| When you cancel | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before the slot | Full refund |
| Between 24 and 6 hours before the slot | 50% of the booking amount |
| Less than 6 hours before, or no-show | No refund |
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the slot, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Requests made within 24 hours of the slot are treated as a cancellation and the charges above apply.
3. Cancellation by PlayBox Kashmir
If we need to cancel your booking due to weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to another available slot — your choice.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Contact us on WhatsApp with your booking name, date, and time slot as early as possible. The earlier you let us know, the more likely you are to avoid a charge.
