Terms of Service
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PlayBox Kashmir website and the booking of our sports facilities. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
- A slot is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
- You must provide accurate contact details when booking. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect information.
- The person making the booking must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Use of Facilities
- Please arrive on time. Your slot begins and ends at the booked times regardless of arrival.
- Appropriate sports footwear and conduct are required at all times.
- Users are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment through misuse.
- PlayBox Kashmir reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- A convenience fee may be added at checkout and will be shown before payment.
4. Liability
Sports activities carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayBox Kashmir is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises, except where caused by our proven negligence.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by You
- More than 24 hours before the slot start time: full refund, no charge.
- Between 24 and 6 hours before the slot: 50% of the booking amount is charged.
- Less than 6 hours before the slot, or a no-show: no refund.
2. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the slot, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Rescheduling requests made later are treated as a cancellation.
3. Cancellation by PlayBox Kashmir
If we cancel your booking due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to another available slot.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking details as early as possible.
